Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting and purchasing. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Return/Refund Policy.

Shipment processing time:

All orders (Except Commission Artworks)  are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or Contact page.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

 

Charges will be calculated at Checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Megha Bhattacharjee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Megha Bhattacharjee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refunds and Returns:

 

All sales are final and all products are thoroughly checked and pack carefully before shipping. Incase you have received a damaged item(s) please contact us with in 2 days from the date you received the item.

Please note that MeghaBhattacharjee.com is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or un-contactable; incorrectly addressed orders; weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery date in such situations.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. And always use a trackable shipping method. We will not be responsible for any package lost during transit. Please keep the receipt.

[Note : Customer must bear the return shipping cost in case of Refunds and return and reorder shipping cost in case of Replacement]
